Sometimes the world isn't as boring as it first appears...

Moving... day 2 of 3. Now for the fun stuff... finding room for all our
junk. Thanks to Toby, Hunter, and Jeff for trudging up the 5 flights of
stairs and hauling the HEAVY furniture and hundreds of boxes with us.
Roger and I definitely owe you guys dinner and a 6 pack - maybe even a
keg! Um... we'll invite you over when we find the carpet. ;)

Went to mobile for the Dead Sea Scroll exhibit. The exhibit was great.
I reccommend it to everyone. Since you can't take pics inside, I took
some outside the exhibit. The cruise ship was in port. The other pics
show Roger as a human gyroscope.

Coming soon to a yard sale near you... mini canisters, complete with
mini spoons. Notice the beautiful cat printed on it. This canister is
part of the Bow Wow Meow collection, available exclusively at Winn
Dixie.

Winn Dixie is selling "celebrity ketchup." Each bottle has the persons
name and a cheesy, play on words phrase. Roger bought William Shatner
and Terry Bradshaw. He passed on Lindsay Lohen.

There are so many Little Debbies to choose from... and at approximately
a dollar a box, I can eat myself into an oblivion! I must say though
that the reduced fat oatmeal creme pies seem to miss the point. What
person thinks to themselves "hmm..i think i'll get the healthy snack
cakes"?

Heading to Lake Charles to visit family and stopped in Rayne for lunch.
Rayne is most famous for its frogs - they even have a huge gas station /
restaurant / compound called Frog City. We stopped at the McDonalds
which had the old school logo on their tables. Reminded me of a
happier, less evil corporation. They also sold a stuffed animal Grimace
wearing head phones - cool!

Next door was a gas station with a Mexican restaurant inside AND a
casino called Mamamios. They also sold beef jerky in Skoal like
packaging (as though beef jerky isn't redneck enough already). The most
curious item for sale was right next to the cash register... horny
goat? Do I want to know what that is used for?
